Pet Hospital Technical Director's Responsibilities
• Serve as the overall technical responsible person for high-end pet hospitals, fully coordinate the hospital's medical quality control, clinical standardization, medical safety and medical team management.
• Establish and optimize hospital medical SOPs, infection control management systems, medical records, and pharmaceutical and medical supplies control systems.
• Responsible for doctors and nurses’ professional technical training, case discussion, skills evaluation, and continuous improvement of the overall clinical diagnostic and treatment level of the hospital.
• Full authority to handle medical disputes and professional customer complaints, control medical risks, and maintain the hospital's professional medical reputation.
• Collaborate with the operations team to align service standards, support medical package design, health science popularization activities, and coordinate hospital internal medical compliance annual inspection, qualification application, etc.
Job Requirements
• Hold a license as a veterinary practitioner, with at least 5 years of experience in pet clinical practice and at least 3 years of experience in formal veterinary hospital medical management.
• Proficient in canine and feline comprehensive diagnosis and treatment, skilled in geriatric pet chronic disease management and complex surgery, those with ophthalmology, orthopedics, and dentistry specialty backgrounds are preferred.
• Familiar with the standardization of pet hospitals and medical risk control systems, with complete team building, training, and management abilities.
• Fluent in Cantonese and basic English, independent service for foreign pet owners.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in general practice diagnosis and treatment, skilled in geriatric pet chronic disease management and complex surgery; candidates with ophthalmology, orthopedics or dentistry specialty background are highly preferred.
• Familiar with pet hospital standardized management and medical risk control system, with systematic team training and management capability.
• Good doctor-patient communication skills, rigorous medical attitude, no negative medical
dispute records.
