DSA dental assistant

• Responsible for patient registration and front desk reception work, including verification of personal information, completion of consultation records, and maintenance of medical record file system

• Answering the phone and actively contacting patients, arranging and adjusting appointment times, and ensuring a smooth and orderly diagnosis process

• Assist the doctor in various treatments and surgeries during dental treatment, including preparing instruments, delivering supplies, sucking saliva, and maintaining a sterile operating environment

• Strictly enforce medical infection control standards, responsible for the cleaning, disinfection, high-pressure sterilization and daily maintenance of dental instruments and appliances

• Regularly clean and disinfect the examination room, waiting area, and other public areas, maintaining overall environmental hygiene and professional image

Work requirements

• Secondary three or above, with basic computer skills (such as using Microsoft Office and clinic management systems)

• Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate daily in Mandarin and basic English, with good vocal expression and listening comprehension skills

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local medical auxiliary employment qualifications, and do not require work visa support

• Punctual and self-disciplined, detail-oriented and responsible, service-oriented and team-oriented, and able to adapt to the full-time work schedule from 10:00 to 20:00 daily
