Inventory Manager

<div>Job Description:</div><div>Responsible for the daily management of the Hong Kong warehouse</div>Job Responsibilities<br>1. Responsible for receiving, storing, sorting and delivering goods in the bonded warehouse to ensure that they are stored in accordance with customs regulations; regularly inventory the warehouse to ensure that the account and the actual are consistent, and compile inventory reports;<br>2. According to the order or instruction, complete the goods in and out of warehouse operations, ensure that the process meets the requirements of the bonded area management; check the goods information (such as product name, quantity, specifications, etc.) when leaving the warehouse to ensure that it is consistent with the invoice;<br>3. Process and handle customs documents, inventory documents and logistics documents related to goods, ensure data accuracy; Assist in completing customs declaration, clearance and other related work;<br>4. Use warehouse management system (WMS) or bonded zone management system, timely input and update goods information; generate and submit relevant reports, such as inventory report, in-out report, etc.;<br>5. Responsible for warehouse safety management, ensure goods storage comply with fire protection, theft prevention and other safety regulations;<br>6. Ensure warehouse operations comply with customs supervision requirements, avoid illegal operations, and assist in solving warehouse operation problems such as abnormal goods and incorrect invoices;<br><br><br>Job Requirements<br> 1. Bachelor's degree or above, logistics, warehouse management, international trade and other related professional qualifications are preferred;<br>2. More than 1 year of experience in a bonded warehouse or logistics-related work, familiar with the bonded warehouse operation process and customs regulations;<br>3. Have the ability to use office office software and ERP systems, have basic invoice processing and data analysis abilities;<br>4. Familiar with goods classification, packaging, storage requirements and safety regulations, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, good communication skills, and hard-working;<br>5. Able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, adapt to the warehouse work environment in the bonded zone, and those with a forklift operator certificate are preferred.
