Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for professional sales of tea and tea sets, including introducing product features, brewing methods and storage ways, and assisting customers in selecting suitable goods
Execute daily floor service work in the store, such as taking orders, serving food, tea beverage preparation and simple tea snacks
Maintain a clean and orderly business area, regularly clean the counter, tables, tea set display rack and public space to ensure compliance with health standards
Greet customers as they enter the store, provide warm greetings, needs inquiries, and basic consultation services, and create a comfortable and cozy shopping atmosphere
Collaborate with the team to complete daily opening preparation, settlement and inventory sorting, and temporary assignment of operations support items

Work requirements

Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to face customers of different ages and backgrounds with politeness, patience and empathy
Basic interest in tea culture or willingness to learn, no experience required, but must be willing to accept on-the-job training in tea knowledge, brewing skills, and sales techniques
Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, and be able to clearly understand product labels, operating instructions, and internal communication messages
Able to cooperate with shift arrangements (including weekends and holidays), with basic physical fitness to cope with standing service, light goods handling and continuous floor operations
