Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily front-of-house service at the restaurant, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving food, billing, and clearing the table.
Proactively understand customer needs, provide friendly, professional and polite reception and consultation services, and enhance dining experiences.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of meals, and promptly report service disruptions or customer special requests.
Keep the business area clean and orderly, set up tableware, chairs and service supplies according to the standard, and maintain a good operating environment.
Cooperate with in-store promotional activities and seasonal themes to promote dining products and membership services.

Work requirements

Applicants with basic floor service experience are preferred; those with no experience but positive attitude and strong learning ability are also welcome to apply.
Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain service quality and emotional stability during busy periods are all important. Good time management skills are also essential.
Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to clearly understand customer instructions and respond appropriately; understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.
Appearance is clean and decent, and we value service details and team spirit.
Must be 18 years old and able to comply with shift arrangements (including late nights, weekends and public holidays).
