Regional Operations Principal

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the overall operation of the campus, including teaching quality, faculty management, curriculum planning and student services, to ensure that education services meet the institutional philosophy and professional standards.

• Develop and implement annual operating goals and development strategies, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and regularly report to headquarters on operating conditions and improvement progress.

• Responsible for team building and talent development, including teacher recruitment, training arrangements, performance evaluation and career counseling, creating a positive and collaborative professional work environment.

• Responsible for parent communication and community relations, organizing open days, parent lectures and on-campus activities, and improving institutional reputation and family trust.

• Coordinate administrative, financial and logistics support affairs, review budget execution, optimize resource allocation, and promote digitalization and efficiency improvement of business processes.

Work requirements

• Have permanent residency in Hong Kong and be legally employed full-time; those with valid work visas may also be considered.

• No academic qualifications required, but must have management experience in education services, training institutions or large-scale service industries; those with actual campus/store operating experience are preferred.

• Able to communicate and chair meetings fluently in Cantonese; have basic English reading and writing abilities, and can handle external documents and cross-cultural collaboration; Mandarin is at the daily communication level.
