Job Description

Salary: HK$19,000

Working location: Shangha / Mong Kok / Olympic

Contract period: 1 year

Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week

9 am - 6 pm (9 hours, including 1 hour for lunch)
Holiday: 14 days

Job Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls, handle inquiries and complaints
Provide product/service information and solutions
Follow up on customer cases and record the system
No need for sales

Requirements:

Advanced Diploma or above
Good Cantonese and basic English, Mandarin skills
Customer service or Call Center experience
Patient, good at communication and problem solving
