About the Role
You will apply your professional knowledge and expertise to meet individual customers’ insurance and wealth management needs and assist customers to find the best solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
• Proactively analyze and assess clients' needs, offering impartial professional advice, particularly in complex cases such as VHIS switching, multi-policy holders and amongst other inquiries.
• Effectively handle referral leads received from various marketing channels, ensuring timely and professional follow-up through diverse communication channels such as phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person or virtual meetings.
• Participate in offline marketing events periodically to foster relationships with current customers.
• Continuously gather feedback from customers and provide valuable insights to the customer proposition team to enhance product-market alignment.
• Provide support for ad-hoc business projects as required.
About you
• 1+ years of work experience in the insurance & wealth management sector is mandatory.
• Proficient knowledge of products and a solid understanding of insurance company operations.
• Possession of a professional qualification in financial planning is advantageous.
• Required to have completed IIQE Paper 1 and 3.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Energetic personality with a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
