Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily content planning, writing and publication on self-media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.), covering copywriting, topic setting and post scheduling management.
  • Monitor data performance on various platforms (including click-through rate, engagement rate, number of followers, conversion rate, etc.), regularly compile and analyze reports and propose optimization suggestions.
  • Follow network hotspots, industry dynamics and audience feedback, flexibly adjust content strategies, and enhance fan stickiness and social group activity.
  • Assist in handling fan comments, private messages, etc. basic social group operation work, maintain positive brand image and real-time interaction quality.

Work requirements

  • Have excellent Chinese writing skills, flexible and varied writing style, and able to adjust tone and rhythm according to different platform characteristics and target audiences.
  • Familiar with the mainstream self-media platform's operation logic, algorithmic trends and content ecosystem, those with actual operation experience are preferred.
  • Have basic visual aesthetic awareness, be able to independently complete simple graphic and text layout, or be familiar with using Canva, CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc. lightweight editing tools are especially good.
  • Have basic data analysis concepts and be able to interpret operating metrics using built-in back-end or third-party tools (such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, XiaoHongShu Creative Center).
  • Responsibility and proactivity, able to adapt to fast-paced content production needs, with cross-departmental collaboration awareness and good communication skills.
