Technical Director

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of the technical department, ensuring that all technical work is carried out smoothly
• Assist in the development of project technical solutions, and supervise their execution and implementation
• Participate in technical evaluation, testing and optimization work, and improve overall technical level and efficiency
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, maintain good communication with product, R&D and operations teams
• Guide and train technical team members, enhance team professional skills and collaboration efficiency

Work requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree or above in relevant science and technology fields such as information technology, computer science, etc.
• Familiar with common programming languages, system architecture, and technical development processes
• Have good leadership skills, communication skills and team spirit
• Able to independently solve technical problems, and have strong analysis and decision-making abilities
