Leasing Officer / Leasing Assistant (Part time)

Responsibilities:

· Handle leasing and tenancy administration work

· Conduct marketing research and feasibility study

· Assist in implementing leasing strategies

· Handle enquires from tenants and agencis

· Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

· Higher diploma in Real Estate, or equivalent

· One-year experience in property leasing

· Good language and communication skills
