業務分析師（12 months contract to extend）

1. Requirement Analysis & Documentation

o Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare/clinical systems (e.g., patient registration, medical records, or hospital information systems) to gather user requirements.

o Draft functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, and system flow diagrams for digital transformation projects.

o Collaborate with Health Informatics teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.

2. Testing & Quality Assurance

o Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and result documentation.

o Validate system functionality against healthcare workflows (e.g., clinic operations, patient history tracking).

3. Agile Project Support

o Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).

o Utilize JIRA (preferred) or similar tools to track tasks and deliverables.

4. Process Improvement

o Analyze and optimize front-end (user-facing) and back-end (data/database) workflows.

o Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) if applicable.

Requirements

· 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT system development, preferably in healthcare/medical systems (e.g., hospital IT, clinical software, or healthcare vendors).

· Proven track record in:

o Requirement gathering and business process modeling.

o UAT coordination and test documentation.

o Creating system flow diagrams and technical documentation.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies ; basic knowledge of JIRA is a plus.

· No deep technical skills required, but understanding of cloud databases/data analysis is beneficial.

· Industry Preference: Candidates with exposure to clinic management systems, or retail health chains are highly desirable.

· Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken).

· Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
