會計助理/經理 （IA Prefer）

<p>1. Work responsibilities:</p><p>(1) Responsible for the company's daily cash handling, including daily cash and check receipts and payments, and timely registration of cash and bank deposit journal;</p><p>(2) Assist the financial manager and accountant in handling the company's fund transfer, transmitting fund-related original invoices, and promptly transferring the original invoices to the accountant;</p><p></p><p>(4) Assist the accounting staff to count the inventory of cash, reconcile the cash/bank deposit journal's debit and credit;</p><p>(5) Assist the financial manager and accountants in handling various financial data and archives, including collection, storage and confidentiality;</p><p></p><p>(7) Have good relations and communication with bank institutions, open offshore company bank accounts;</p><p></p><p>(9) Other tasks assigned by the company.</p><p>2. Position requirements:</p><p>(1) Accounting, finance and management professional bachelor's degree or above;</p><p>(2)5-8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years or more of local Hong Kong financial work experience;</p><p>(3) Familiar with the Hong Kong market and Chinese work culture;</p><p>(4) Calm personality, strong stress and conflict resolution skills, and a good solution-oriented mindset;</p><p>(5) Strong stress resistance, accepting overtime</p>
