Cultural Consultant (Sales Representative)
[Job Responsibilities] • Provide professional, luxurious and personalized customer consultation and sales services at the store • Achieve personal and team sales goals, promote brand image • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, assist in managing VIP databases • Responsible for product display, inventory management, and daily operations of the store • Follow up on post-sales service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction
[Job Requirements] • Second 5 or above; those with luxury retail, high-end jewelry, porcelain or art sales experience are preferred • Fluent Cantonese, good Mandarin, and English (with other foreign language skills being even better) • Love Chinese traditional culture, understand the traditional lifestyle of Chinese scholars; • Applicants with experience in calligraphy, tea art, incense ceremony, flower arrangement, and folk music are preferred. • Have excellent communication skills, service attitude, and team spirit • Professional and appropriate image, attention to details, and sense of responsibility • Shift work is required (including weekends and public holidays)
