Human resources officer

[Main Responsibilities]:

1. Reception of visitors, receipt and delivery of letters, travel hotel reservation and field access checks

2. Organize company meetings and publish various company announcements

3. Responsible for office maintenance and repair, ensuring a comfortable and safe working environment

4. Purchase office supplies according to budget and need to ensure office supplies are sufficient

6. Keep the company seal, business registration certificate and related registration documents, and handle matters related to changes in company registration information

7. Responsible for monthly MPF contributions and Labor Insurance, group medical insurance renewal

8. Process annual salary tax statements and other tax declarations

9. Organize holiday benefits and assist in holding team building activities

10. Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor

[Job Requirements]:

1. College degree or above, administration-related professional preferred

2. At least 1 year of human resources and administrative management work experience

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese and English input methods

4. Fluent Cantonese, good Mandarin, and English

5. Have good communication and coordination skills, service awareness and learning ability

6. Able to handle work independently and coordinate with other departments
