Core responsibilities
1. Investment strategy: Based on the global energy market dynamics, lead cross-border energy project screening, investment feasibility analysis and value evaluation, build financial models and complete feasibility analysis, and formulate scientific investment strategies;
2. Capital operations: Lead cross-border financing, M&A restructuring, etc. Capital operation projects, responsible for transaction structure design, business negotiation and core legal document drafting, integration of domestic and foreign funds resources;
3. Project Management: Responsible for the full process of project operations and management in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australia, Chile, etc., monitor project progress, costs and risks, and ensure investment returns are achieved;
4. Resource integration: Maintain strategic cooperation relationships with international energy companies, investment institutions, and local governments, and expand cross-border business channels and project resources;
5. Strategic support: Output international energy strategic perspective, provide decision-making basis for the company's global layout, and promote cross-border business capability improvement of the team.
Job Requirements
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, investment, economics, energy engineering, and business management, etc., with relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, FRM, etc., being preferred;
2. Work experience: More than 10 years of cross-border capital operation and investment management related experience, need to have a large multinational corporation work background, those who have international energy field strategic planning or project landing experience are preferred;
3. Core competencies: Have complete international acquisition and integration experience, familiar with cross-border transaction rules and multi-site compliance requirements; Proficient in Chinese and English, with excellent cross-cultural negotiation and resource integration skills;
