[Salary range] Monthly salary is about ₱71,000 – 89,000 (≈RMB 8,000–10,000), including basic salary + performance bonus, one-month salary bonus at the end of the year, and a salary increase for those with excellent abilities, subject to negotiation, and senior management & Proficient in Chinese-Philippine freight forwarding business can be separately paid.

[Job Responsibilities]
1. Comprehensive responsibility for the daily management of the freight forwarding team, including work allocation, process supervision, personnel guidance and training, leading the team (1 to 2 people) to efficiently complete various operational tasks, improve team work efficiency and service quality, and regularly conduct team briefing and performance communication.
2. Coordinate the whole process of freight forwarding, covering booking, customs declaration, inspection, goods tracking, handling of documents (bill of lading, packing list, invoice, etc.), clearance coordination, etc., to ensure that all operations comply with the relevant regulations of the Philippine Customs and Trade Department, and there are no major operational errors.

4. Develop and optimize freight forwarder operation SOP, standardize operation procedures, monitor team KPI achievement, regularly compile operation reports, inventory verification reports and KPI tracking reports, and provide data support for management decisions.
5. Responsible for team member performance evaluation, skills development, and career guidance, creating a positive collaborative team atmosphere and reducing staff turnover; participate in the company's recruitment process and assist in screening suitable operational team members.
6. Responsible for the application, maintenance and updating of import and export goods related permits and certificates, ensuring that all shipments comply with the regulations, and cooperating with customs clearance, tax and fee calculation and payment, etc.
7. Monitor the local freight forwarding market in Manila, shipping rates and policy changes, adjust operating strategies in a timely manner, optimize transportation plans, control operating costs, and enhance team competitiveness.
[Job Requirements]
1. Age is not limited, bachelor's degree or above, logistics management, international trade, customs management and other related professional qualifications are preferred, those who accept Philippine local qualifications and those who have cross-border freight forwarding company work experience are preferred.
2. Have 3 to 5 years of local Manila freight forwarding operation-related work experience, of which at least 2 years are team management experience, familiar with the whole process of sea and air freight forwarding, and proficient in the Philippine customs clearance process and relevant laws and regulations, and able to handle various complex operation problems independently.

4. Professional skills: Proficient in using freight forwarding operating systems (such as WMS, TMS, etc.) and Office office software (especially Excel), with strong data analysis, process optimization and problem-solving abilities, strict control of operation details, strong sense of responsibility, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.

6. Familiar with the China-Philippines freight forwarding business process, those with Chinese enterprise work experience, or those with hazardous goods freight forwarding operation experience, will be given priority.
