Job Description
<ul> <li>Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.</li> <li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure efficient staffing operations.</li> <li>Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining positive workplace morale.</li> <li>Design, review, and update company policies and procedures related to human resources and employee welfare.</li> <li>Monitor compliance with labor laws and employment standards to ensure organizational adherence to legal requirements.</li> </ul> <br> <ol> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and industry trends.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for effective collaboration across departments.</li> <li>Proficiency in HR management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data-driven decision-making tools.</li></ol>
