Quality Control Inspector/ Officer (Watch, Jewelry)

<p>Company size: 80staff, 5 days works, Banking Holiday, Kwai Hing</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Ø Finished product quality control (Fine / Custom /Fashion Jewellery -Karat gold, Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel, Brass).</p><p>Ø Full Quality Inspection on Bespoke orders (1-piece order) and Marketing samples.</p><p>Ø Quantity and Packing inspection for Jewelry products (Counting, Packing only)</p><p>Ø After-Sales Rejection Management: receiving failure parts / rejected products from market, definition of the failure mode (type of defect) and report preparation.</p><p>Ø Assistant in Shipping and Packaging, product number verification and renew packaging, and courier order placing (Type of metal, Item Description, etc.)</p><p>Ø Assistant in watch components quantity verification and re-packing.</p><p>Ø Specific Laboratory Tests: Make In-house corrosion (ASST) test, arrange samples to 3rd Party Laboratory Test, Inspection of tested samples from 3rd Party Labs.</p><p>Ø Overseas product inspections in the regions India, Thailand, Vietnam and China</p><p>Ø Other tasks assigned based on needs i.e. Diamond & Gems grading.</p><p></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</p><p>Ø Familiarity with jewellery inspection tools (e.g., tweezers, calipers, microscopes, diamond detectors, XRF/CVD scanners).</p><p>Ø Understanding of AQL sampling standards, gold weight tolerance, certificate verification (e.g., IGI), and customer complaint processes.</p><p>Ø Experience in diamond & gems grading, and the certificates' verification.</p><p>Ø Good vision (no color blindness or color weakness), Good hand dexterity and stability.</p><p>Ø Detail-oriented and able to organise documentation, photos and reporting.</p><p>Ø Fluent in English (spoken and written), Cantonese and Chinese.</p><p>Ø Immediate available is highly preferred</p><p></p><p>FREE FOR JOB SEEKERS (Job seekers pay nothing)</p><p>All the information provided from applicants will be kept confidential and use for recruitment purpose only</p><p>(All information provided by the applicant will be kept confidential and will be used for recruitment purposes only)</p><p></p><p>If you are interested learn more, please let me know.</p><p>WhatsApp: 55030021</p><p>Email: cv@goldenkeyhk.com</p>
