Floor Manager

Position requirements
1. Coordinate daily operations of the floor: Responsible for front-of-house service process control and manpower deployment (including ordering, serving, clearing tables, etc. positions), ensuring efficient and orderly service during lunch, dinner and peak hours;

2. Service quality management: Develop and implement floor service standards (such as customer reception, menu recommendations, and abnormal handling), regularly train employees' service skills, and enhance customer satisfaction;

4. Sales and marketing execution: Lead the team to achieve store sales targets, cooperate with the company to launch promotional activities (such as new product promotion, member discounts), and actively recommend dishes to increase customer order prices;

5. Daily management and safety: Responsible for checking and managing the floor equipment and materials to ensure that the environmental hygiene and fire safety meet the standards, and strictly enforce Hong Kong's food and beverage industry-related regulations;

6. Team building: Responsible for floor employees’ scheduling, attendance, performance evaluation and motivation, creating a positive collaborative team atmosphere, and handling daily work problems.
