<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>The Onsite IT Support resource will provide technical assistance and operations support for end-user devices at the client location. The role involves working under the guidance of client managers and collaborating with global IT support teams.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide onsite and remote support for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android devices.</p></li><li><p>Assist with new employee onboarding and workstation setup.</p></li><li><p>Support employee offboarding and manage equipment returns.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update systems, applications, and productivity tools.</p></li><li><p>Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking and lifecycle management.</p></li><li><p>Support site infrastructure such as servers, networking equipment, UPS, and meeting room technology.</p></li><li><p>Assist with print and communication services (e.g., Teams, conference rooms).</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and warranties.</p></li><li><p>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Skills & Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Basic knowledge of desktop support, system administration, and networking concepts.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to learn enterprise applications and tools (e.g., Office 365, ServiceNow, Azure AD).</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a client-facing environment.</p></li><li><p>Good communication and teamwork skills.</p></li></ul><p></p>
