One. Job Responsibilities

1. Daily warehouse operations: Responsible for receiving, checking, labeling, stocking, and storing electronic components, as well as performing tasks such as moving goods, replenishing stock, and repackaging.

2. Order processing: Process daily orders, arrange for express delivery according to instructions, and ensure a smooth receiving and sending process.

3. Inventory Management: Regularly conduct inventory counts and sorting, sort warehouse records using systems and Excel, and ensure accurate and complete inventory data.

4. Warehouse optimization: rationally plan the placement of goods, improve the utilization rate of warehouse space; keep the warehouse clean and orderly, meet the safety regulations.

5. Customs assistance: Assist in completing the relevant customs clearance work for imported and exported goods.

6. Other tasks: Complete other warehouse-related work assigned by your supervisor.

II. Position requirements

1. Educational requirements: Secondary Five or above.

2. Experience requirement: 1 year or above warehouse-related work experience ( those with 1 to 2 years of experience are preferred).

3. Professional knowledge: Have good warehouse knowledge, be familiar with inventory management processes, and understand basic electronic components knowledge. Candidates with such knowledge are preferred.

4. Language ability: Good English oral expression, Cantonese oral fluency is preferred

5. Computer skills: Have basic computer operation skills, be able to use Excel/Word and other office software proficiently for data input and document processing, and be able to use email sending and receiving and basic office software.

6. Personal qualities: honesty, attention to detail, hard work, sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, ability to handle daily work independently, and team spirit;

7. Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm, working 5 days a week.
