Assistant Manager - AI

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Deliver hands-on technical support and guidance for the deployment, integration and maintenance of AI applications across organisation.</p></li><li><p>Manage, design, provide support, and ensure quality for various internal AI initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Assist in technical assessment and evaluation of third-party AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational needs and best practices.</p></li><li><p>Identify and resolve technical issues related to AI platforms and applications, collaborating effectively with internal teams and external vendors.</p></li><li><p>Collect and analyse business requirements and implement AI applications.</p></li><li><p>Provide operational and technical support, including occasional after hours system support as needed.</p></li><li><p>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of AI solutions. Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 6 years’ experience in technical support, software development and project management, preferably in AI-powered services or solutions.</p></li><li><p>Proven, hands-on experience with AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot and other practical AI-powered solutions.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with databases like Neo4j and MongoDB.</p></li><li><p>Experience with leading AI development tools is required.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and design effective AI solutions, including Generative AI, NLP and Computer Vision. Familiarity with cloud computing (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and their AI-related services.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.</p></li><li><p>Good project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.</p></li></ul>
