Barista/Coffee Shop Floor (Full-time and Part-time)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations on the floor, including greeting customers, seating them, and providing professional dining advice

• Operate the cash register system for settlement processing and cash management to ensure every transaction is accurate and error-free

• Prepare coffee, milk tea and other beverages in the water bar area, and be familiar with the use of instant coffee machines and Hong Kong-style milk tea machines

• Master basic beverage preparation skills to ensure consistent product quality and meet standards

• Maintain the overall environment of the restaurant clean and hygienic, regularly clean and tidy the tables, chairs, floor and work area

• Support opening and closing work, complete designated cleaning and preparation tasks

Work requirements

• Second 5 or above, with good Chinese reading and writing skills

• Responsibility, ability to complete assigned tasks independently, and maintaining a stable work performance

• Have good customer service awareness and communication skills, and be able to flexibly respond to different types of customer needs

• Active and positive work attitude, willing to learn new skills and cooperate with the team

• Basic computer operations knowledge, those with POS system order experience are preferred

• Need to be fluent in Cantonese, with general Mandarin and basic English communication skills
