Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for welcoming and guiding customers to their seats, providing friendly and professional dining services, and creating a comfortable and pleasant dining atmosphere
Memorize the restaurant menu content, be able to clearly introduce the dish features, ingredients, and recommended combinations to customers, and assist them in completing their orders
Accurately record customer orders, send them immediately to the kitchen and bar, and coordinate the serving process to ensure speed and correctness
Keep the table, waiting area and work area clean, and clean the table regularly, change the tablecloth, replenish cutlery and condiments

Work requirements

Have secondary five education or above, hold a valid graduation certificate, and have basic reading, writing, and calculation abilities
Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to communicate fluently with customers and teams; those who understand English and Mandarin are preferred
Have basic dining service or customer service experience, familiar with the floor operation process, and willing to actively learn new skills
Attitude is serious and responsible, and you can stay calm, focused and efficient under high pressure and busy periods
Need to comply with shift work, those who can immediately take up employment will be given priority
