Provide discreet personal assistance and secretarial support to President
Manage daily schedules and calendar management
Coordinate with external parties and inter-departments for high level events/programs follow-up
Handle correspondence, memorandum and confidential documents
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; with minimum 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua;
A good team player with an eye for detail, and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
A self-starter who is committed, pro-active, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and can work under pressure;
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word, Photoshop; experience in database operation and data management;
