Execute daily store data clearance, reconcile sales flow, health supplement sales, card item storage value and all-employee performance data to ensure clear accounts and real-time synchronization. Regularly review customer group consumption, conversion rate, repeat purchases, and human efficiency core data, and iterate and optimize sales and customer maintenance strategies on time to complete data reporting and filing.
6. Store service risk control and reputation maintenance
Coordinate the handling of customer inquiries, after-sales and customer complaints, and quickly solve service gaps. Unify and standardize the service standards and behaviors of all employees, strictly control service quality, and safeguard the high-end brand image and peer-to-peer reputation of the store.
