Follow-up office staff

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the whole order process follow-up, including receiving customer orders, confirming specifications and delivery dates, coordinating internal production and logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery

• Execute daily sales administrative support work, such as compiling quotation lists, sending pro forma invoices, updating order status and archiving related documents

• Handling customer calls and email inquiries, providing professional and timely sales information and follow-up, and maintaining good customer communication relationships

• Perform data input and system updates to ensure customer information, order records, and inventory details are accurate and up-to-date in the ERP or sales management platform

Work requirements

• Have secondary school diploma or above, welcome fresh graduates to apply; no need for relevant industry experience, but must have a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail

• Fluent Cantonese is a must, able to communicate and write in Mandarin and basic English, and able to handle bilingual customer files and emails

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), basic ERP system or document management software experience is preferred

• Have good time management skills, be able to handle multiple order tasks at the same time and prioritize them according to their urgency

• Must hold a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meet the eligibility criteria for the "Top Talent Pass Program (TTPS)"、「Outstanding Talent Program (QMAS)"、「Non-local Graduates Hong Kong/Return Employment Arrangement (IANG)"
