Job Title: Pork and beef cutter Job Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving, inspecting and classifying fresh pork and beef to ensure that food quality meets food safety standards and internal regulations
Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and hygienic work area, strictly follow disinfection procedures and cold chain management, and comply with the relevant guidelines of the Hong Kong Food Safety Center
Record daily cutting quantities, loss situations and inventory changes, and assist the supervisor in purchasing planning and cost control
Work requirements
Do not need to have relevant certificates, but must be able to accept basic food safety and knife operation training, and pass the internal practical examination
Able to communicate clearly in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, and able to understand simple labels, instructions, and co-worker collaboration language
Good physical fitness, able to stand for long periods of time, with hand-eye coordination and stable gestures, able to safely operate sharp knives and electric cutting tools

Monthly salary range is from HKD 20,000 to 30,000, based on personal performance, technical proficiency, and attendance status

Work schedule
