Job Description

Job Title: Pork and beef cutter
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for receiving, inspecting and classifying fresh pork and beef to ensure that food quality meets food safety standards and internal regulations

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and hygienic work area, strictly follow disinfection procedures and cold chain management, and comply with the relevant guidelines of the Hong Kong Food Safety Center

  • Record daily cutting quantities, loss situations and inventory changes, and assist the supervisor in purchasing planning and cost control


Work requirements

  • Do not need to have relevant certificates, but must be able to accept basic food safety and knife operation training, and pass the internal practical examination

  • Able to communicate clearly in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, and able to understand simple labels, instructions, and co-worker collaboration language

  • Good physical fitness, able to stand for long periods of time, with hand-eye coordination and stable gestures, able to safely operate sharp knives and electric cutting tools

Work schedule
