Professional service engineer

Job Description:

1. Responsible for establishing processes related to the Hong Kong Delivery Center of our company.

2. Provide professional post-sales technical support to customers for our company's products.

3. Independently complete product debugging, technical support, large-scale project management, project implementation, and customer training.

4. Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and draft implementation and cutover plans.

5. Oversee the implementation and quality management of industry customer service plans.

6. Address and resolve customer post-sales inquiries and issues.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university.

2. At least 15 years of experience in network and network security technical support, with a minimum of 5 years in technical management.

3. Possess a solid foundation in routing and switching, and be familiar with network security technologies.

4. Master TCP/IP architecture and be familiar with network analysis and protocol parsing.

5. Be acquainted with relevant network security products, such as firewalls, IDS, antivirus software, vulnerability scanning tools, and vulnerability assessment tools.

6. Be down-to-earth, eager to learn, with strong self-study and self-discipline abilities, active thinking, and strong independent work and problem-solving capabilities.

7. Demonstrate excellent customer service awareness and teamwork spirit.

8. Hold PMP and CISP certification certificates.

9. Have service experience at well-known network or security vendors.

10. Possess professional certification certificates from network equipment manufacturers and network security equipment manufacturers.

11. Have good Mandarin communication skills.
