Customer Service Executive

• Salary: HK$18,000+

• Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries (such as product ingredients, store addresses, e-commerce order status) through online channels (such as WhatsApp Business, store Live Chat, Email) and phone calls

  • Handling e-commerce and retail customers' pre-sales, post-sales follow-up and complaints

  • Close communication with internal teams (such as warehouse, logistics, retail) to ensure smooth delivery and logistics

• Entry Requirements:

  • Quick and accurate Chinese typing, articulate, polite, and fast

  • Have good service attitude, adaptability and patience

  • Applicants with customer service, Call Center or retail front-line experience are preferred
