Project Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Project manager and onsite support to client
• Taking Meeting Notes/ Generate reports/ writing tender documents
• Responsible for all-rounded administrative support to project team including data entry, filing and reporting
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Degree holder
• Major in IT related is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint is a must
• Strong analytical skills with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Eager to learn Proactive, detail-minded, Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
