Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall design, on-site installation, engineering implementation and subsequent maintenance of the water treatment system, ensuring that the system meets the relevant technical standards and environmental protection regulations.

• Provide real-time technical support and fault diagnosis to existing water treatment facilities, carry out regular inspections, emergency repairs and performance optimization, and ensure the system runs stably and efficiently.

• Participate in the purchase coordination and trade business of water system equipment, pipes, instruments and chemical reagents, including supplier evaluation, technical specifications review and import and export document processing.

• Collaborate with project team to complete on-site investigation, scheme reporting, customer communication and cross-departmental collaboration, supporting engineering progress control and quality management processes.

Work requirements

• Holding a Hong Kong-recognized diploma (Diploma), higher diploma (Higher Diploma) or associate degree (Associate Degree), majoring in environmental engineering, mechanical engineering or related technical fields.

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in water treatment, sewage purification, potable water supply and drainage systems or industrial water management, familiar with common treatment processes (such as sedimentation, filtration, disinfection, membrane separation, etc.)

• Able to speak and write fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with the ability to independently compile bilingual technical documents and bidding materials.

• Familiar with AutoCAD drawing software and basic office software (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with basic on-site measurement and data recording capabilities.

• Holding a valid Hong Kong permanent resident identity, or having been approved for QMAS, IANG or other qualified work visas; must adapt to various locations in Hong Kong and accept long and short week rotating work arrangements (working 4 to 8 hours a day).
