Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries of all types in real time through phone, email, and instant messaging tools, providing professional, friendly, and empathetic support services.
- Based on customer needs, collaborate with internal teams (such as product, technology or operations) to clarify the core of the problem, assist in developing appropriate service solutions, and take the lead in follow-up until the problem is properly resolved.
- Accurately and timely update and maintain customer data systems to ensure complete and compliant customer contact information, service records, preference settings, and interaction history, supporting precise service and long-term relationship management.
- Proactively participate in cross-functional collaboration, propose improvement suggestions for common customer pain points, process bottlenecks or experience gaps, and co-optimize service processes and customer journey design.
Requirements:
- Have excellent Cantonese communication skills, be able to use Mandarin and basic English fluently for daily conversations and writing; those with cross-language service experience are preferred.
- Having at least one year of customer service, customer relationship management or sales support related work experience, familiar with the financial, insurance, technology or professional services industry is preferred.
- Have good logical analysis and problem decomposition skills, be able to clearly judge priorities in a multi-task parallel environment, independently handle common customer scenarios and appropriately upgrade complex cases.
- Proficient in the use of common office software (such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams) and CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Zoho), with basic data organization and report export capabilities.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and service awareness, pay attention to details and confidentiality, and be able to uphold the company's values, continuously exhibiting integrity, respect and proactive professional attitudes.
