Store Description</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Three. Position responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1. Store operations and management</strong></p><p>◦ Fully responsible for the daily operation of the store, including but not limited to the opening and closing of the store, product display, inventory management, cash register and settlement, etc., ensuring the normal and orderly operation of the store.</p><p>◦ Develop and implement a sales plan for the store, analyze sales data, adjust sales strategies in a timely manner, and strive to achieve and exceed sales targets.</p><p></p><p><strong>1. Product Management</strong></p><p>◦ Closely monitor market dynamics and customer needs, combine the store's positioning and target customers, and assist the headquarters in selecting and introducing goods to optimize the product mix.</p><p></p><p>◦ Organize the display of goods, according to the characteristics of goods and sales situation, carry out scientific and reasonable display, enhance the attraction and sales of goods. </p><p><strong>2. Team management</strong></p><p>◦ Responsible for the recruitment, training, evaluation and motivation of store employees, and building a high-quality, high-efficiency sales team.</p><p></p><p>◦ Reasonably arrange employees’ work shifts and responsibilities, ensuring the smooth completion of various work tasks.</p><p><strong>3. Customer service</strong></p><p>◦ Lead the team to provide high-quality and professional services to customers, including product introduction, matching advice, and after-sales service, etc., to enhance customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.</p><p>◦ Process customer complaints and feedback, solve problems in a timely manner, and maintain good customer relationships.</p><p>◦ Collect customer feedback and suggestions to provide reference for store operations and management.</p><p><strong>4. Market promotion</strong></p><p></p><p>◦ Use the resources and channels of the store to carry out online and offline publicity and promotion to attract more customers to come in and consume.</p><p>◦ Monitor your competitors’ dynamics and adjust your store’s business strategy and promotion plan accordingly.</p><p><strong>Four. Employment Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>1. Work experience</strong></p><p>◦ More than 3 years of retail industry management experience;</p><p>◦ At least 1 year of outdoor gear or high-end fashion brand retail management experience.</p><p><strong>2. Professional knowledge and skills</strong></p><p>◦ Familiar with the retail industry's operating procedures and management modes, with strong sales skills and market analysis abilities.</p><p>◦ Understand outdoor products related knowledge, including product features, functions, use methods, etc., and be able to provide professional product advice to customers.</p><p>◦ Have good team management skills, communication and coordination skills, organizational and planning skills, and problem-solving skills.</p><p>◦ Proficient in using office software and point-of-sale systems.</p><p><strong>5.
