Corporate Communications Assistant/Senior Assistant

Responsibilities:<br><br>Assist in the collection of the corporate information, managing and updating company intranet, the website development and updates;<br>Assist in the corporate information and brochure productions and updates;<br>Assist in guest visits arrangements and organizing various corporate events;<br>Assist in enhancing the brand awareness of the brands under the group;<br>Assist in press release drafting and dispatch, maintaining relationships with the media and manage media enquiries;<br>Other assigned duties from the supervisor.<br><br><br>Requirements:<br><br>Bachelor Degree or above in Communications, Translations, Marketing or other related disciplines;<br>Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in the field of corporate communications or media relations preferable;<br>Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office;<br>Good communication, coordination and organization skills, high proficiency in written Chinese and English;<br>Detail minded, good teamwork spirit and able to work under pressure.
