Job Description

Teaching children with autism is a unique profession requiring patience, enthusiasm, and commitment. Autism Partnership invites high-caliber and energetic individuals to join us as Behavioral Therapists to implement one-on-one therapy and group treatment programs.

Your Role as a Behavioral Therapist

You will:

  • Implement treatment programs locally and internationally
  • Observe and record children's behaviors
  • Monitor student progress
  • Participate in clinics and team meetings
  • Receive comprehensive pre-service training and ongoing professional development from our Program Supervisors and Consultants

This organization was founded by experts with rich experience, including Dr. Ronald Leaf and John McEachin, who had long been involved in the development of treatment plans at the UCLA Young Autism Project.
