Family office financial manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily financial accounting and management of the family office, ensuring accurate and timely accounting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, conduct financial analysis and provide management decision support
• Coordinate tax reporting and compliance issues, and coordinate external audits and accounting firms
• Participate in the preliminary financial due diligence of overseas investment projects, and assist in evaluating the financial feasibility of investment projects

Work requirements

• 3 to 8 years of relevant financial work experience, those with accounting firm background are preferred
• Familiar with the financial operation mode and accounting process of fund, private equity investment, etc. industry
• Have solid accounting professional knowledge, be familiar with IFRS or HKFRS standards, and be able to handle the entire set of accounts independently
• Fluent in English, able to use English for written communication and oral reporting
• Have good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, attention to details
