Role Purpose:

This position will report to the Senior Manager – CRM & Analytics and support the development of CRM-related insights, including dashboard preparation and segmentation. Additionally, it will provide customer insights and implications from CRM analysis to drive further business development.

Roles:

• Work collaboratively with different departments and across business units to understand business needs and provide analytics and campaign solution

• Assist in preparing the customer segmentation and campaign

• Manage timely KPI reporting to understand CRM performance

We look for:

• Academic background with Business, Statistics, or related disciplines

• Candidate from shopping malls/ retail CRM background is preferred

• Knowledge of Python will be an advantage

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Strong business and marketing acumen

Availability

On board around mid-Jul 2025, with2 weeks handover

Test

Two tests shall be arranged with last 30mins, once pass shall meet with Michelle Cheung for further interview
