Project Manager (eCommerce)

Responsibilities:

• Project management for online interactive, web site maintenance and development
• Supervise UAT, documentations, quality control with objectives to achieve high customer satisfaction within budget, resources allocation and time frames
• Duties include but not limited to vendor sourcing, logistic arrangements, time line management and production
• Lead and manage the other members of the project team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a high quality of output including strategy formulation, creative and technical production and implementation
• Take care of system implementation/ integration, data analytics, process improvement/ enhancement programs /reporting
• Monitor website loading performance and customer engagement on website across all markets
• Prepare regular reports for customer analytics and performance review
• Responsible for the technical development for project and all on-going support business user’s new change requests and requirements
• Work with business users to ensure the solutions are in excellent performance and provide with quality and accuracy

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 6-years web project management focused on Website operation, loyalty and marketing analytics;
• Experience in API programming (RESTful is a preferred), SQL programming, using BI tool, Tableau is preferred
• Solid experienced in project tracking by JIRA & Confluence, and SDLC from requirements gathering, analysis, development, UAT, production release
• Experience using agile and scrum methodologies/principles and working in an Agile/ Scrum development environment is preferred
• Sound understanding and experience of contemporary paradigms, Cloud services like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure; and DevOps/Agile project management skills are preferable;
• Hands on experience in managing SAP Hybris systems (WCMS, Backoffice, Cockpits), Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics is a must;
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. will be an advantage;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• In-depth knowledge and experience of E-Commerce platforms, retail technologies, systems, operation processes, promotion engine and bug resolving skills;
