Job Description

Secondment Contract (1 year)

Responsible in accounts payable, payment process and expense reimbursement
Keep track of all payments and expenditures
Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing payment cheques and FPS payment
Pay vendors by scheduling pay cheques
Prepare vouchers, monthly provision, pre-payment and accrual entries
Prepare monthly payment reports and corresponding variance analysis
Assist in maintaining the Payment System under the General Ledger System
Continue to improve the payment process
Perform other duties as assigned by the Dept Head

Requirements-

Higher diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines
Qualification in accounting discipline eg LCCI
Preferably with min 1 year of accounting experience ( preferably in banking field ); fresh graduate with accounting academic background can also be considered
Knowledge in Chinese & English Windows (Word, Excel etc)
Good commas of both English and Chinese including Mandarin
Fluent in spoken Mandarin amd Cantonese is a must
