Job Description: <br><br><br>Main responsibilities: <br>1. Process customer purchase transactions, including cash, credit card, mobile payment, and other payment methods. <br>2. Ensure all transactions are accurate and error-free, and properly handle invoices, receipts, and refund processes. <br>3. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the checkout area, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly. <br>4. Assist customers in answering questions about products, prices, and promotional activities. <br>5. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey from selection to checkout. <br>6. Strictly follow the company's cash management policy and safety procedures. <br><br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Secondary School Diploma or above. <br>2. At least 1 year of retail or cashier work experience, luxury industry experience is preferred. <br>3. Proficient in using the cash register system and basic operations of Microsoft Office. <br>4. Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to treat customers with politeness and professionalism. <br>5. Careful, honest, and highly responsible. <br>6. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have a team spirit. <br>7.
