Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation of the food production line, ensuring that all production tasks are completed on time and of high quality.
- Develop and optimize production plans and processes, improve overall production efficiency and resource utilization.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of production equipment, coordinate engineering technicians to handle sudden failures, and ensure continuous production.
- Implement food safety and sanitation management standards to ensure that all operations comply with HACCP, GMP, etc. regulations.
- Lead the production team, conduct personnel allocation, performance evaluation, and on-site management to create a safe and efficient work environment.
Work requirements
- Hold a diploma or above in food science, biotechnology, chemical engineering or related fields.
- Have at least five years of food manufacturing industry production management experience, familiar with canning, freezing, baking or beverage production processes, with a focus on one of them.
- Proficient in ISO 22000, HACCP, etc. food safety management systems, and have actual implementation experience.
- Have good leadership skills and communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, and solve on-site problems.
- Pay attention to details, have data analysis skills, and be able to continuously improve based on indicators such as production capacity and yield.
