<p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Academic planning and monitoring: Design a personalized academic development path based on students’ individual goals (such as Ivy League schools, Oxford and Cambridge University admission, IBDP or AP course optimization). Continuously track students’ learning progress, analyze using data indicators (including grades, standardized test scores, and extracurricular activity milestones), and proactively adjust strategies to ensure goal achievement. Coordinate the management of assignments, exams, competitions (such as AMC, Physics Bowl), and university application deadlines in the time planning.</li><li>Resource coordination: Match corresponding academic advisors, counseling consultants and other external resources (such as summer projects, research opportunities) based on students’ needs. Promote cross-departmental collaboration between academic advisors, psychological counseling consultants and event planners. Screen and recommend high-quality learning tools and resources to improve learning effectiveness.</li><li>Family communication and participation: Serve as the main liaison window for parents, regularly provide learning progress reports and strategy review meetings. Respond to parents' concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that the company, family and students have the same goals.</li><li>Quality assurance: Regularly review the execution quality and feedback mechanism of teaching and counseling sessions to ensure continuous improvement in service standards. Instantly update students’ personal profiles in the CRM system and strictly abide by data privacy regulations.</li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Education background: Holding a bachelor's degree in education, psychology or international research related fields is preferred; those with a master's degree are especially good.</li><li>Work experience: At least 3 years of work experience in academic counseling, education consulting or student affairs, familiar with international education systems such as the United States, the United Kingdom, IB, AP and DSE.</li><li>Language and technical skills: Proficient in English and Mandarin (with other language skills as a plus)</li><li></li></ul><p></p>
