Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales promotion and customer reception of residential property projects in Western Kowloon, including on-site consultation, unit introduction, home buying process explanation and transaction assistance.

• Proactively develop and follow up potential buyers, expand your customer base through phone calls, social platforms, and on-site inspections, and establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• In line with market promotion strategies, participate in project exhibition and sales events, open days and community activities, and enhance brand exposure and sales conversion rate.

• Proficient in the use of smartphones and basic image equipment, independently complete unit on-site shooting, short film editing and social media content production (such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Xiaohongshu, etc. platforms), and strengthen digital marketing effectiveness.

• Accurately record customer information and sales progress, regularly report performance, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and company indicators.

Work requirements

• Have basic photography and short video shooting abilities, be able to operate iPhone or other common mobile devices to carry out picture composition, light adjustment and simple editing (such as using CapCut, InShot, etc. tools).

• Fluent in Cantonese communication, basic English and Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, and able to meet the needs of local and inland/international customers.

• Outgoing and proactive personality, service awareness and stress resistance, and willingness to work from Monday to Sunday (daily working hours are 09:30–18:30).

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa, including Hong Kong permanent residency, or have been approved for Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependents' visa, and other valid work permits.
