Job Responsibilities:

Create graphics, videos, scripts, and coordinate with brands to produce content and optimize exposure

Job Responsibilities:

• Based on brand tone and market positioning, coordinate content script creation, visual design, shooting and post-production teams, and implement the overall content production process.

• Optimize content format, title, tags, and publication time according to the characteristics of different social platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, etc.), and enhance exposure and interaction.

• Regularly analyze content data performance (including click-through rate, completion rate, conversion rate, etc.), propose data-driven optimization suggestions, and continuously improve content strategy and execution quality.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Cantonese, with excellent writing and oral expression skills in Chinese; understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.

• Familiar with mainstream social media ecosystems and content trends, with basic skills in image editing (such as CapCut, Premiere), picture editing (such as Photoshop, Canva), and basic script writing.

• Have brand thinking and user insight awareness, and be able to transform business goals into narrative language that is close to the audience.

• Have independent work ability and cross-departmental coordination experience, and be able to effectively manage time and deliver quality in parallel tasks.

• If you are passionate about digital marketing, social media operations or content creation, we welcome those with no experience but with a portfolio, self-learning achievements or relevant internship experiences.
