Financial Manager Job Information<br>Job Description<br>We are seeking an experienced and strategic financial manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial activities, developing financial strategies, ensuring financial health, and providing key financial insights to senior management to support the company's continued growth and success.<br>Main responsibilities<br>1. Design, implement and supervise the company's financial strategy, budget and forecast<br>2· Manage daily financial operations, including accounting, taxation, auditing and financial reporting<br>3. Ensure compliance with all Hong Kong financial regulations and legal requirements<br>4. Analyze financial data, provide strategic advice to optimize costs and increase revenue<br>5.· Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes<br>6.· Manage cash flow, fund planning, and investment strategy<br>7.· Supervise the financial team, provide guidance, training and development support<br>8· Establish and maintain good relationships with external auditors, banks and financial institutions.<br>9· Participate in high-level management meetings, provide financial analysis support for business decisions<br>Job Requirements<br>Education background:<br>· Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics or related fields<br>Work experience:<br>1· At least 5 years of financial management work experience, with team leadership experience<br>2· Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling<br>3. Proficient in using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) and financial software<br>4.· Excellent Excel skills and data analysis ability<br>5.· In-depth understanding of Hong Kong accounting standards and related regulations<br>6.· Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills<br>7.· Fluent in Chinese and English is preferred.
