Cantonese and Shatin Administrative and Student Services Representative (Full-time) (Must be able to go to both locations)

Responsibilities: Front desk reception work includes answering the phone and answering inquiries; Receiving and sending WhatsApp; Follow up on school affairs arrangements, registration, invoice issuance, and other student support services; Classroom facilities setup and management Assist with sales and promotion activities; Receive and send notes, arrange for express delivery; Collect money and count numbers

Working location: Must be able to go to Quanwan and Shatin, )Occasionally go to other branches and teaching points to take shifts)

Working hours: 5-day work week Sunday Monday to Friday, Saturday off Sunday Monday to Friday: 13:00 – 21:00 Saturday, Sunday 8:30 – 19:00 (any 8-hour continuous) Benefits: Bank holidays, 12 paid annual leave days, 6 fully paid sick leave days, birthday leave, overtime allowance, employee family member course discount
