Senior Customer Service Officer/ Customer Service Officer (1-Year Contract)

<p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Provide high-quality delivery and after-sales services to customers<br>Responsible for daily operations of building delivery<br>Understand customer needs, answer and follow up on all customer questions related to delivery<br>Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm (every Saturday)<br></p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Diploma or above, those with experience will be given priority<br>Happy to communicate with customers, enthusiastic about service, and team-oriented<br><br>Good Cantonese and English (with fluent Mandarin being given priority)<br>Excellent customer service and negotiation skills</p>
