Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Recruitment Support: Assist clients with their overseas recruitment needs, including job description development, candidate sourcing coordination, and supporting the interview and onboarding processes.

  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR-related suppliers and external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies, benefits providers, payroll vendors). Conduct due diligence, negotiate agreements, and ensure service quality.

  • HR Outsourcing Project Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact and project coordinator for client HR outsourcing engagements. This includes payroll processing, benefits administration, and other outsourced HR functions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

  • Payroll & HR Administration Support: Leverage experience in payroll services to oversee and validate outsourced payroll operations, address client inquiries, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

  • Client Consultation & Support: Act as an HR operational consultant for clients, answering questions related to local HR practices, outsourcing options, and vendor management.

  • Project Management: Ensure all HR outsourcing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations. Maintain clear documentation and communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven working experience (6+ years) in HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll services.

  • Hands-on experience in managing external vendors, suppliers, or outsourcing partners.

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and best practices.

  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a consulting, PEO (Professional Employer Organization), or business expansion services environment.

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Familiarity with the operational challenges of overseas business expansion is highly advantageous.
